Elective care 2019: improving the patient experience
Date and time
Location
The Queens Hotel
City Square Leeds LS1 1PJ United KingdomDescription
This year’s elective care conference will provide the opportunity to hear from those working nationally within NHS trusts to tackle the range of elective care challenges we face in 2019/2020 and to support the improvement of the patient experience.
The event will start at 9.30am (registration from 8.30am) and finish by 4pm.
There will be 18 breakout sessions to choose from, with topical and practical examples and experiences shared by speakers from a broad spectrum of trusts and other NHS organisations nationwide, covering the three key domains within the elective care arena: RTT, diagnostics and cancer.
Breakout sessions following a fourth theme aimed at supporting individuals to reflect on their personal development, will also be available to attend.
Delegates can choose three out of the 18 breakout sessions to attend during the day, either within the same domain or from different areas. Selections should be made online during the registration process. Please click here for details on the breakout sessions.
Please note the model hospital session will be of interest to NHS Trusts only. Due to capacity, commissioning organisations are asked not to register for this session.
